yes this is very REAL... and you can get them at any yahoo cam whore websites... but since people pay the money for service, so there paypal dont get banned as well... this is a big business... well you will find girls on myspace who will let you view there personal profile if you click there Adsense Ads... and since they send private message so there is no way adsense can find out about there tricks to get more clicks...
