WebAhead.net ~ PR4 directory

I've decided to sell www.webahead.net, a nice looking PHPLD directory, has recently got a PR4 on the update.

Some stats
- Page Strength 4
- Google PR4
- Alexa: 182,143
- Domain age: 10 year(s), 4 month(s) and 19 day(s)
- Listings on Google Search: 1,500
- Listings on MSN Search: 92
- Listings on Yahoo Search: 524
- Uniques this month: 1000+

Revenue
Revenue hasn't been great for this directory, i have been focusing on linksjuice.com so i haven't had much time to promote webahead.net as much as i would have liked to. Theres been around $20-40 revenue since i opened it...

Some links
I have submitted three wordpress templates with backlinks back to webahead.net along with the template sponsors. There has been a great response with the downloads so far (1, 2, 3). So they will continue to get links for the directory!

There are also some paid links which don't renew untill next year, which i will provide more information on if you ask.

There are various link subscriptions for cheap PR8 and PR7 links which i will pass to the owner if you want to continue.

I am looking to get $700 for it, seeing as i have practically setup a very nice directory for the new owner.

The directory was launched 27th Nov 2006.

Whilst I won't be purchasing this myself I would like to state that terryuk is an excellent seller - very helpful. I purchased another directory (kamsdir.com) off him a few months ago.

Best of luck with the sale - nobody should hesitate in doing business with terryuk - honest and genuine seller.

Can you explain why the Alexa stats are so high (indeed 85,238 1 wk average), when there's little traffic in terms of the Awstats page views?
