Websites have done that to my blogs also, and this is the reason why I have dramatically stopped making blog sites.

I don't know how to stop it but it does make me mad also. A lot of the sites that copied my blogs had AdSense all over it, so basically they were making money with MY UNIQUE articles.

There is only 1 method to deal with this sort of thing....

When it happened to me on one of my blogs, I set up a "fake feed" that was specifically for the site grabbing my content... I fed them a whole heap of crap and they stopped ripping my content off pretty quickly.

You might want to contact their registrar at support_at_Namebargain.com and mention the problems you are facing.
Also if there is an option to post a comment in their blog, you might write that this is stolen info from your blog...

Hmmm, turn off the rss feed if you dont like them using it. You forget you do put the feed out there.

There is a way that you can change the links and images to revert back to a different image once they show up on there blog. I am sure you can search for how to fix this. There are only a few plugins that take and repost feeds and go from there.

ok let me look at his site.

I use autoblog plugin and know what he is doing.

You do know that you get the extra seo from his site as well.

I think you can turn off the pingback and if your using wordpress I think there is a setting you can use to stop that.

He is probably using feedpress. Search for that and see how you can block it.

Your can find it using different search engines with key phrases on your post and also checking your server logs to see if a particular post is being hit.

Another way to track the offender is doing an IP traceroute

I think you should be happy that you got a backlink to your post rather than being worry about duplicated content.

As your article is so much longer and there is a backlink to your article from their site, your article will be the original one and their is duplicated.
It works as a good backlink for you just like article submission.
You can test it by searching one of your old article titles and will see your site ranked better than theirs.

    Good luck.
