Looks quite nice to me in terms of design. The tutorials I've seen are good as well, perhaps a tid bit short. And you should use a name instead of "posted by admin"

Get a logo and change the font on "A Slice of Tutorials"
The sub-logo is literally touching the logo, and both of them are pretty boring.
Try NOT using all caps for the sub-logo (what do you call that, anyways?) and make it oblique if you don't use caps for it.
Some of the thumbnails are too zoomed in, you can't see most of the content.
I like the theme a lot, it fits very well with the topic (technology / tutorials) and it looks good.
The title of the page is "Tutorial Cake << A slice of tutorials Tutorial Cake". The second tutorial cake doesn't help anything.
Add more than just rss, maybe create a facebook page or something, as facebook is very popular and would allow people to share your site (e.g. more traffic).
Most of the bottom of the site is unused, there's just one column. You could add stuff there (but I don't know how effective it would be, as the body of the site is very long)

I think you just need a logo and try to post some original post that is it.

    It looks great!

I noticed that you are using a lot of images in your blog.

This will dry up your hosting server and you might need to upgrade to dedicated sooner.

My best advice is to host your images on S3 and E3 server on amazonaws.

This can help you save loads of server resources while paying at lowest for hosting.

    Good luck!
