    Whenever someone submits their site, they get redirected to the winners website. The script has a great admin control panel where you can manage every aspect of the site, including banners, prices of vip memberships etc etc.

    You earn money via two ways:

    banner adverts and VIP memberships.

    A VIP membership allows users to submit more than one url, at a price determined by you. i have it set up at $1 per website url at the moment, but you can charge whatever.

    No earnings at present, but traffic is a steady 20-30 visits per day.

    It can be modified, but it's not a unique script. All the source code is available for it though.
