Web Tools Website For Sale!

Im selling my website http://www.freeforumcenter.com that ive been working on for a while,im in need of money for other projects that i wanna get started namely a "directory"

The main script for the site has an admin panel and such and i highly customized it myself also.The other scripts are free ones that i found on the web such as for the multi-forum hosting one all you need to remove there name from the script is to pay $10. never got it removed since i thought they did a good job and liked promoting there work.The blog script(Blog Hoster) is paid script that was purchased a while back also very good one.havent made really anything off adsense as i havent had it on that long since i was constantly doing work to the website moving things around but it made $5.00 but assume none since i dont wanna mess with posting the stats.

Ive promoted the website to over 800 directories and search engines also i have a feature listing at exactseek.com 3 month one and a 2 month feature listing at botw.org ill post traffic monthy stats below the website has been up for 1 month a 10 days.
