Web To lead Form Not Properly Connected to my landing page

    I am searching for CRM category but not found anywhere in this forum so post a thread here

    Hii I am New in SalesForce and i am facing big problem with Salesforce Web To lead form what i did i have created landing page and in which one lead Collection Form connected to Sales Force CRM now what is the problem i am facing is when i am Going to Submit my form only Two Fields are coming in Database why all fields are not coming Please help me out
