    Hi guys...
Hope you all will fine and enjoying your life

First of all sorry if I am posting in the wrong section and this section seems me most appropriate for my topic, so posting in this section...

I am a newbie in web designing and all my knowledge I achieved from w3schools.com... I have not developed any professional site yet but still want to try my luck in web templates. Now I want to sell web templates and have some questions regarding that...

First of all... when I say that "Template with selling rights... what this actually mean....?"
I know that means, the buyer will have the rights to resell those but will I lose the rights or I can sell that template to someone else....?

Is there any scope for HTML templates...?
Which Language gives more.... CSS, HTML or....?

    Waiting for response
    and
thanks to all in advance for help

Sorry, you question is a bit obscure.
I am guessing you're asking about purchase rights. No idea. My guess is that once you sell a template, you've sold it. The conditions of which you sell your work (regardless of internet, print or photography) should be outlined in your sales agreement. Therefore is part of your agreement does not allow re-distribution of your work... legally no one can re-sell it.

If you create a template for someone, again... what is defined in your agreement? Is that client the sole owner of the template? If not, yes you can re-sell it. (Although doing so without consent isn't recommended.)

As for the last two questions... ???
No idea what you're asking here. CSS and HTML work together.
HTML/CSS templates are pointless, because everything is dynamic these days. If you're not creating templates for CMS systems, you're working on standards in 1990 not 2012.
