Web Template Identification

    TemplateMonster.com? templatebox.com etc

    I think there is something on Google that can recognise images..?..

    I've seen a lot of templates in my time but never this one; I don't want to sound a knobber here but I'd deffo say this is NOT TemplateMonster and I'd be willing to bet it's not templatesbox or TemplatesKingdom or in fact any of the top template providers because it is not very well designed at all; perhaps ThemeForest?
