Selling Web Template & Graphics Site ~ #1 in Google ~ PR3 ~ Low Alexa! Multiple Page 1 Pages!

Up for auction is a terrific site with more potential in the web template and graphics design world than I know what to do with. This has been a fantastic site to work on and to learn from - but sadly, web templates are not my niche.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to jump in and start pulling traffic to it right from day one. I think this site is designed more for someone who has templates of their own they are selling or for the hardcore Adsense / Clickbank person - this is simply not my niche and my testing is complete.

This site has picked up in the past few months due to some clever styling as well placing ads in certain places. Some of the ads have done well but this site was for testing - so the sales are hit and miss ... then of course hit hit hit - but it has always changed and grown and expanded. I included a couple of products for direct sale and have sold a few copies since their inception. 3 copies to be exact. I dont think it merits enough to make me go get screenshots of 3 whole sales.

Adsense - is on the site,and again - used this site to test certain functions and theories based on the type of person that visited the site - as you see it now is how it will perform well. Last month WebTempleX did $21.94 and has doubled from the previous month and will more than likely continue at that pace or at least remain the same. A real Adsense warrior will more than likely work this site for its true value more than me using it for testing.

But, this site wasn't supposed to be about Adsense - it has everything to do with the ability to promote Image sets and Website templates. Adsense was a test to see how else to add more feature. But... here are the stats anyhow -

Adsense For 6 Months - you can see where I was moving certain blocks around and trying other ads -

1. November 2010 - $21.94
2. October 2010 - $14.92
3. Septembre 2010 - $10.22
4. August 2010 - $12.88
5. July 2010 - $21.36
6. June 2010 - $4.92

Traffic - it has steadily increased. Of course took a little dip in Novembre with T-Day but the US traffic is fairly good and continues to climb as shown in the image below. Let me first explain what you are looking at:
1. reworked the site and forgot to put analytics on the pages.
2. I remembered this time but added the ## from another site by accident.
3. Weekend dips are always the same
4. This was Thanksgiving in the US

But, you can see the traffic is steadily climbing - (the Search Engine % is higher for Novembre - was 63%) -

The site does include a full blog. As well some good material within it. It does include an autoresponder but I never really gave it much thought as it wasn't one of my goals to build a list for this site. There is a small list and I will give that to the new owner. Unsure how good the list is as I never sent anything out on it.
I did have the blog separate at one time and it was located at WebTempleX.net - I simply forwarded the domain to the new blog directory. I have since changed the theme just goofing around - it was on Arras theme and could go back - I just couldn't find the time to enter all the images it required. At the time I moved it last month - WebTemplex.net was a PR2.

Keywords: This is where it gets interesting - - If you are in the graphics and template market - this will certainly appeal to you.

I own the term "footer images" out of 123,000,000 pages - I am #1 and #2

Please read the details again - its not about the "rev" - this site has nothing to do with making piddly ad $$ - this site is meant for designers selling themes and graphics. The above was simply to test traffic for the types of people visiting and what they were doing - again, the core focus is selling graphics and templates. Get past the acorn and you'll see the forest -
