Are you sure about the price, you will not get entries with such a prize. Webpages are hard to make, so you need to pay more. or atleast 15$ per page.

It sounds like you want it coded as well? You have to be realistic, the designer is going to spend about 1-2 hours designing all of the pages, probably need some revisions, then it will need to be coded (add another hour or so) so you are expecting the designer to work for $5/hr which is insulting.

Good luck with the contest, though I can't see you getting anybody to enter!
