Web study work required, approx 100 hours of work.

I have a list of 60 webs.
I have an excel sheet with 100 parameters.

It takes less than 2 hours to measure the 100 parameters against a single web.

I am looking for someone or a team to take this on and get it done fast, whilst being rigorous with the measurement.

I've got two people on my team, and can do 100 hours of work in one week. Per your directions, we will be precise and rigorous. At a rate of $10 an hour, we can do this work for $1,000.

 

I have a couple friends who would be willing to get together and get this done. (people i know personally)

I would request around 10 dollars an hour.

Ok people this is active again,

I have got my excel sheet translated into English (it was in spanish and that is not very helpful to nearly all of you here)

So I am looking for a team that can do approx 100 hours of work. The team leader MUST have skype to enable fluid communication. That or you call me for a long conversation to exactly pinpoint the idea behind the 100 parameters that are to be looked at.
