    What stats / counter scripts / software do you use?

    I am looking for a free, easy to install (I'm not a techie) script / software. It must also be a invisible counter.

    Any ideas?

    Are you are looking for a a tagged based (i.e. you put javascript in your pages) system or a log analyzer solution?

    If log analyzer, then awStats seems to be very popular.

    If javascript solution then go with http://www.statcounter.com/ as long as you have less than 30k page views a month, I think.

    If you over their limit and want javascript and free, I'm not sure what options you have.

    Thanks - my host gives me a free one, but to be honest, it's naff.

    I've just come across, stat counter, looked good, signed up, and have found out that the log file is only small, and I'm 60% way through it already (only been up 40mins) to sign up to the larger log file it costs...

    Log analyzers, are good, but I always have problems setting them up.. not being a techie!

    Anyone else?
