    I have tried the application, but why backlinks are incoming on my website no more than 40? you would not say that the total amount to 400 backlinks,right?

    Not all of the sites link directly to you. Some of the sites link back to a site that links back to you. For example they link back to your alexa profile, which links back to you, and is also a dofollow link. Also remember that no search engine shows all the backlinks that your site really has.
