    1 - A very simple web design. You can take free templates I dont care.
    2- Spun content
    3 - 200 in-bound links
    4 - host the site on your cheapest slowest servers. I dont care.
    5 - Add one article a month

    I will give you the domain name. You will host the site on your server. I will pay you monthly, no setup fee or design fee.

    PM me if you wish to have some reoccurring revenue.
