Hi there I have a Web Site Evaluation Questionnaire that I researched and documented as part of a usability module and thought it may be useful to other web site owners to complete their own web site evaluations. The document would be provided freely, just as a helpful support medium. I would, however, advise for full conclusive results, other evaluation methods should also be employed including "observations" and "expert, heuristic" evaluations for full and comprehesive results. Some grammatical things: in my opinion. The rest is in first person. Loading web pages - kill "of". And "too long", not "too slowly". Recognize. Again, "I", not "you".
I drove myself mad trying to upload the document that the proof reading really took a hit, fundamental to credibility. When I originally created the questionnaire, the pros and cons were not consistent so the hot spots were difficult to spot. That's why I tried to colour coordinate the questions having all the negatives listed under (I strongly agree). The original doc is so much nicer, I'm going to upload the pdf onto my website and add the link so that it's easier to decipher.
