I've been out of web design for sometime and was wondering if the latest designers (like dreamweaver) have updated their game and have tools for implementing java/php/flash/css/etc into your design without doing the coding yourself? I realize it's better to write it yourself but if you're throwing the site up to get it up fast rather than the quality of the site are these programs (such as dreamweaver/etc) worth it for the time saved? if so could you give me the features you find the most useful?
