This is a project listing for the design and development of an interactive website that will run article creation contests. The main features should include the ability to create a "contest" which may be restricted to certain participants, have certain users set up as judges and allow people to upload articles. A full design documented will be delivered to qualified candidates. The developer should be able to: Produce high quality, commented PHP/MySQL code Create a professional looking design (nothing flashy), including a logo Test and debug the website Complete the website in two weeks time (this is not a complicated project) I'm willing to pay for high quality developers.
