Perhaps your host does not allow you to bulk email? Ask them.

How are you determining your site was deleted from the server. Is it, because you can not see the site in a browser? Is it because you can log into your server and don't see and files? If you have your email script, can you post it, so we might tell you, if your script was involved in any file removal? Have you run this mail script on your server in the past? Was the deletion of your site immediately following your running of the mail script?

If folks here are to help you, you need to provide a bit more information, than you did in your original post.

Why not contact technical support at your hosting company? Chances are if it was taken down it was probably by them and they should be able to give you a reason.

As for the newsletter, look into tools to manage this for you. Your hosting company may have free ones included in your hosting package. Or you can use a commercial service. Generally you won't need to write custom php code to handle newsletters.

Also, there are legal issues involved when sending out unsolicited emails, so be sure you are compliant.

first ask your webhosting, if they have deleted it. if they didn't, then you have some other command in your script or you got hacked or something like that.
