I want to post a competition for a auto video grab site, with several additional features and a custom design, with an offer for $360- for the winning response. This will hopefully be followed by a number of other similar projects offered as "competition". I have not done this before and wondered if there are any rules in this new and improved DP (I must admit that in some ways it actually is slightly improved!) which forbid such offers. Can I simply go ahead and make the offer for the said competition in a new thread?
