Free hosting is not a good idea for long term planning because as your website visitors increases you will need more bandwidth and at that time it would be a headache for you to choose any web hosting company.
My question would be why do you want that painfully slow loading bloated pile of inaccessible rubbish as a website? It's pretty much a poster child of everything wrong with web design today, with it's "WCAG, Semantics? What are those?" thinking...
