I'm looking for something that I don't have turned on. When a customer signs up on the web, the "completed" page shows all proper info except it shows: $0.00 on the billing. There must be something that I haven't checked.
If you look on their payments screen, does it actually show a $0 payment posted from their credit card?
It shows closed invoice with no line items. But, I picked services from the web signup. The services show up in the customer screen as bililng cycle items correctly. However the "bill now" box is not checked.
That's why I was asking... if you have it setup so the first invoice ONLY has setup fees, but you have no setup fees, it would result in a blank invoice.
