Do anyone know if any of these companies have better features, secure, etc...? Im looking to start my own small shared hosting business so i want to get a reseller hosting which is from Jixhost.com, Hostgator.com, Site5.com, and Hostdime.com let me know which one is better and i should go for.
I vote hostgator.com. If you want to try it out first, there's instantfreesite.com. You might want to give them a try because they offer free cpanel hosting so you can expect it top backup FreeBSD and the like. It can also function as a virtual server that is private or dedicated server.
JixHost uses CloudLinux servers which have big advantages according to -> http://www.cloudlinux.com/whycl/.
Well, Big players are the ones on TV Commercials and Ad Posters everywhere.. JustHost,GoDaddy,HostGator, ipapa(i think it's that) and other ones.

Well starting a small business means you are targeting a small amount of clients because you will be operating on a limited budget. It is like walking into a wholesale shop or warehouse to buy and retail. Why don't you go for the big guys and get big discounts, though you can get better negotiations from smaller hosts. I will recommend HostGator for you. They have lots or resources that will entice your clients and give you a quick start.
beware of jixhost.com.. i just purchase their plan and the ftp can't connect it said too many connection. when i ask for refund they told me they can't provide it while the http://jixhost.com/web_hosting.html state i have 7 days MBG. don't put your business into a disaster...
Because the market is so flooded you need to get a really cheap service so you can compete on price. I will eventually be offering a kloxo service but go with someone like serversanddomains.
