Hi guys, About a month ago I started a logo contest that turned out really good. So now I want to try with the webdesign. I need a redesign for my website www.powerpointing.com It's a web shop selling design templates and customizable figures & shapes for PowerPoint. Since we are selling designs our webshop has to look REALLY good. I need a redesign of 2 pagetypes: 1. The frontpage: www.powerpointing.com 2. The shop http://powerpointing.com/browse/t-top-rated General guidelines - The target group is business people, so it can't look to cartoon-web2.0-ish. - It needs to look professional with soft curves and smooth-looking effects. - The main color has to be blue - I'm pretty satisfied with the top-bar and the logo, so I wouldn't recommend you to focus on that part. Re frontpage - Less blue - Softer look - I would like to have a flash gallery on the frontpage showing thumbnails of some of the designs. If the one we have now fits the new design, fine. If not, go to http://flashden.net/ and link to the one you would recommend. Re shop - I like structure with 3 thumbnails per row and the tabs on the top, but the design would need a facelift - I don't like the menu on the left - I don't like the right hand side either In sum, I need two pictures (frontpage, shoppage) and a link to a flash template (http://flashden.net or the like) The winner of the contest will get $150 straight to PayPal. After the payment is made you will send me all the working files (PSDs and/or vector). The contest will close on Thursday, April 9. I will provide my comments to every proposal.
