    Great domain name!
    Cloudflare:
    Total requests last month: ~1.6m
    UV per day: 800-1000
    The website is 2 years old, but it had some downtimes due to bad hosting provider
    Revenue is low from adsense.
    The site has over 20k pages indexed in google.

    It is a VPS. Any VPS provider allows proxy hosting.

    Not at all. .al domains are open worldwide. The renewal fee is around $15/yr, but currently the domain is recently renewed :)
