I created Work Safe Proxy over a year ago with a customized template and a popular PHP proxy script but due to account suspension for resource overuse, re-launched it as a proxy reflector site that simply redirects uses to other existing web proxy services (Although it can still be configured as a regular web proxy if required, I still kept the codebase).

This website was at one stage listed in around 25 proxy directories however due to their transient nature, quite a lot have disappeared. This is also true for web proxies, so you may find that some proxy servers you are redirected to have stopped working -- I simply don't have time to maintain this site anymore.
