So, if I understand this, any revenue you are receiving is from your ads? Are you judging the value of this site based solely on the potential that someone could re-configure the site by adding a different layout, more functions, and new content? If you expect to receive a profitable outcome for this site, perhaps you should actually do the work first to make it worth something before you put it up for auction otherwise you are wasting your time here.

 

yes the revenue is from the ads and always will be at such websites. The value is based on the name of the domain and the potential of organic traffic. but to increase returning vs one time visitors, new layout and more content are required. I can not develop the website, because i do not have enough time to do it.
I' sure that someone is going to buy it. The 1000$ buy now is just a BIN price.
Still this is an auction, not a fixed price sale.
