It's a service that allows members to create forms that can be embedded on websites and the entered information downloaded as a PDF file and/or the data saved within their secure account. We are marketing the system as an alternative to offering PDF forms downloads, as it offers many benefits over standard PDF files, a few of which are: easy for non-programmers to implement (especially with saving form data), being able to export the saved data into excel, getting notifications of completed forms, and emailing the completed PDF to defined addresses. We are offering a tiered 30% commission on the first month signup (or upgrade from a free account), with an ongoing 10% commission for each month the member referred stays subscribed. We have also enabled the 2 tier affiliate program through ClixGalore.com, and are offering a 10% commission for this. You will also earn this commission for ongoing monthly subscription payments your referred affiliates receive. Our tracking cookie is set to expire after 1 year.
