Is there any "free" web site optimization tools that you can scan your site with to find some obvious problems?

Anyone want to take a look, it is http://napoleon.cc Home made so a look of critizism is expected :D

    Thanks

Web Page Analyzer is a good one that I use frequently: http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/

It downloads your page and looks at the size, size of all images/css/js/etc files that are referenced. It also looks at your coding:content ratios, and many other factors. It basically checks the overall efficiency of your page regarding server load, page loading times, etc.

It's not that great for SEO these days, but overall it's one of my personal favorites.

Take a look at the free tools in SEOCHAT. There are several tools to facilitate you in optimizing your site in terms of number of indexed pages, code-to-text ratio and link popularity :)

You don't need any tools....YOU NEED LINKS! :D

The only tool I really use is, http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/

And if you want a site review (which, after looking at your site, will help you) start a thread in the reviews section.
