Google AdWords Keyword Tool says that your domain name keywords are never being searched. So it unlikely costs more than reg free.
I guess it should worth just a bit above reg fee or mid XX$. You can surely get higher value if you develop this and bring good amount of Google traffic to it as its really good keyword.
The thinking behind the domain is in the UK we have a company that buys cars there catch phrase /advertising campaign is their URL We Buy Any Car dot Com (done to music) So I thought maybe a template download site I Want A Template dot Com So maybe its only understood in the UK
It's nice domain name which could be used as brand or slogan but as a keyword it's not worth anything. There are thousands of similar names you can hand register so you will never sell it on domain auction. You need to develop it in order to sell it.
