    It looks like it's part of a script from the InClick adserver, that may be why the interfaces are the same. However, you probably shouldn't judge an ad network completely by its interface. Other factors you may want to include are payment rates, payment options, fill rates, level of customer support, ability to set minimum revenue levels and defaults, minimum payouts etc.
