Testing web interface for Optigold and cannot get the account number to assign to record. Any suggestions as to what I might not have flagged properly or are there options available? Ideas or suggestions welcomed.

    Thanks.

Where within the web interface are you trying to assign a customer number exactly?

Our developer is setting up the web interface and can;t get the account number from the interface into Optigold. Its almost as if their is a function that is not firing to activate a script to add the customer number. We are on version 3.3.3.

Not sure... what Optigold web interface are you using, and specifically what page on it?

Shawn....My name is Jason. I work with ColinR. About the customer number is it created by calling a sequence or a trigger on a field, if so at what point in the customer setup does that sequence/trigger get called? Is it after the login, password and offer code are entered? I can enter all the information from the forms no problem, just no customer number is being created. Chances are the problem is in our settings but I can not find anything in the Web Preferences that appears to be incorrect.

You are not able to add additional fields with the default forms, if that's what you are trying to do. You would need to redesign the web forms from scratch in order to do that.
