Web Interface Issues

    I finally was able to get the web interface going. Thank you for all the hand holding! Now I can log in as a customer, see that they owe and the number of days they are past due (all of which is correct). However when I go to view billing items, make payment, view emails I get a "invlaid login or password". Some things just do not appear to be showing up correctly. Do I need to do more setup?

    Is it in the web browser or in a dialog box that pops up? Also, are you using the default and latest versions of the Web files?

    This not a box that pops up. By reading and the forums I was able to get that to go away.
    WHat I am getting now is:
    http://jsw.mtin.net/error.GIF

    This appears after the customer logs in and clicks on one of the buttons.
