I would go to google and research their domain name for reviews and try and read up on as much as possible. This company is "larger" so i would expect that they are competing well with other big name companies offering the most for the least, which tends to lead to overselling a server of its resources. Maybe ask the company what server they intend on putting you on and then you can find out how many domains are really on it using particular utilities.
