You can simply install WP with one click from Installtron, Fantasctico or Softaculous. Intsalling theme is simple. Just upload theme files to folder themes in WP and then activate it in WP admin panel
Any company will have to tell you if your site is using high CPU/RAM since shared hosting is not suitable for such websites. Since this is a new blog you shouldn't have any problems at all with CPU/RAM usage unless you actually host videos in which case you will most likely need a VPS/dedicated server.
