They do seem that they oversell quite a bit, someone can't offer 1000GB bandwidth for a few dollars per month, probably not a good thing. They do seem quite popular and a big hosting company so they might be alright. I'd suggest going for a smaller host who doesn't oversell, or go look for reviews on Google for them. .
