    Hello,

I need some help writing a disclaimer for a web hosting site. I tried reading over some other hosting site's terms of service, but didn't see that it actually felt right. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Are you a reseller? If so, the best thing to do is just use your hosts, you can't go wrong. Just get permission first, although, most hosting companys will allow their resellers to use their ToS as well as certain things such as the knowledgebase articles. Make sure you ask first though, so you have the permission needed. But you will also want to limit yourself from other things.

Lets pretend we copy TOS.html from a site.... And the site is called FuxHost
Now we just find the replace button on wordpad or notepad, and put in your hosting name. And its all good man.
