Buying Web Hosting Templete Designer [PSD & Coding HTMP/CSS] - Hurry

    hello
    I need some one who can design a web hosting site template. Simple and just HTML/CSS

    - Need something new design as per my site name
    - 5 Pages need to build. [1Front page, 1 Text Page, 1 Price Plans (with 2 category of tables), 1 Contact Page, 1 WHMCS Page]
    - Design should be brand new never seen before and match with the domain.

    Payments By Paypal.
    - Payments will be on 2 Parts, Complete the PSD and send it to me and get 50%. Complete the HTML/CSS and get the other half. (NO UPFRONT & SCAM STARS STAY AWAY)

    Wait a second Complete the PSD and send it to you.. Than you send first half of payment?

    Did you mean: PSD Complete show you a water marked preview--> You send Payment --> Send You PSD --> ?
