    As far as I know the best country for outsourcing hosting support is Ukraine. Their livechat online managers will be ready to work for $5 per hour only!

    This is a (honest :)) review as requested, but not complete. I will post a more detailed review later:

    From the off, all seemed good. I did however create a test ticket on their system, and the response was ~ 40 minutes, sightly dissapointed, but I let it slide - glad I did too. Signed up for a few days, only 3 total tickets with them on board. Ticket one, excellent example of good support (why does my root WHM not have root cPanel).

    Ticket two, not as justified:

    The inital ticket stated the domain name. The domain resolves to the IP of their server, but any attempt to resolve would fail (it was down) - but the parent had glue therefore you could obtain the
    IPs to ping. Unfortunately, as opposed to requesting that they mention the ticket will be handled by other/senior staff (as I suggested on MSN is what should happen), they got a copy/paste response requesting more information. I was however satisfied that the response was prompt. I dealt with ticket this myself and will look into an integrated reboot console with the support suite.

    Ticket three was mostly fine. The server had a periodic high load issue, which seemed to be absent at the time of response. The ticket wasn't read 100% correctly, as it stated they could login but not access certain parts. The response only checked for a login, and recommended to check their internet connection - possibly insignificant as above.

    On the whole, highly pleased with the level of support. I will be carrying on unless something significant changes.

    Quick summary:

    Pros:
    - Excellent value for money
    - 24x7 [ Yet to fully test that, but appears true ]
    - Prompt & Detailed responses
    - Knows their stuff (only 2 tickets tested that: one above + one mine)
    - Very statisfied with the overall level of response, prompt too (no more than 30 minutes from memory)
    - I'm now getting a discount :D Kidding, they don't seem to negotiate prices.

    Cons:
    - I'm worried they are more concerned about respond & close rather than maintaining customer well being.

    On the whole, very happy. Sorry this isn't very detailed, but it hasn't been that long at all (see iTrader).

    Also, no access to our servers was provided (VPS host nodes), but all clients so far are VPS/Dedicated so this wasn't required as root was provided by them.

    well my votes between these guys and bobcares.com, Just you need to be able to trust people before giving them root access to your box, its a matter of trust and how long they have been around, I do not want to be a tester, :)

    It's impossible to get in touch with these guys! No way that i am handling my support to them when they cant even handle their own support line (Live chat) never seen anything more buggy or staff more incompetent!
