Web hosting site for sale

Hello everyone.

As I have taken on other projects, I no long have the time to work and manage my hosting company, tcnetspace.com. As a result, I am putting it up for sale.

Some details:

Approximately 5-10 customers paying on a 6 months basis.
The backbone is automated.. using ihost.. please google ihost for further info..
Subhosting is through hostdime. (paying about 33.00/mo shared hosting..)

I'm sure someone who has the time can load the customer base and make some good coin..

Sites been up for approximatelya year now..
Please note that the customers currently on the system should be treated in good fashion..

I'd like bidding to start at $700.00 .. but I'd be willing to listen any offers that are out there.. (that's actually a steal for the amount of time I spent making it look the way it does as well as for the professional template, the hosting software etc..)
