Web Hosting site for sale making around $215/month with 24 clients

I have a friend that has a web hosting site for sale the site makes around $215/month on some shared hosting accounts and a few resellers the web sites hosted under the shared hosting account are long term clients with well stabled web sites.

I will not display names or domain of clients in public nor will I display the URL of the website being sold, if you would like these informations you will have to add my friend on skype he can provide you proof of income and proof of ownership. I am simply creating this thread for him, the reason why he's getting rid of the business is because he is inlisted in the us army as has been called for on duty training he will be leaving home in a month or so.

The server is located in the US, in New Jersey I believe.. and the total expenses are about $64/month he's currently on a vps I suggest you move to a dedicated when you can. The site has SSL Installed, and it's good for another year.

Domain was registered in 2008 with register.com, and has ID-Protection enabled. Paypal account is not included in the deal neither is the account with register.com where the domain currently being hosted. I'm not sure, how much he wants for the business I guess the highest bid gets it.

I'd also like to see the terms and conditions the clients were contracted under

Please also include how the existing clients are billed: monthly, yearly etc - and if any billing software is included in the sale.

I have sold some of the clients already, there are now 8-10 left and I have full control of the web site and have permission to sell it.
