    WEb Hosting web site for sale, the web site is 3 years old, we are looking to sell the web site and the domain, www.vivahost.com the website is with integrated WHMCS, PHP coded, very easy for modifications, flash video tutorials, knowledge base, it has unique design and PR 3. We are selling the site because we move to another business.

    Sure. Three years old but Alexa is still high 1500k and the forums link doesn't even work: http://forums.vivahost.com/index.php

    I guess you're just trying to flip the site, it has no customers nor has been active over the past three years.

    Any customers at all? $5k is obviously over priced... I could offer max $100 though assuming no customer base.
