    I don't really see you getting a "High-Tech" design for $10...most "High-Tech", completely custom, multiple page Hosting designs are in the $x,xxx or at least high $xxx

    ya 70 dollars is basically the minimum for a high tech design. Can you show an example of what you are looking for?
