There is already a web hosting section and despite it's under the Buy/Sell/Trade forum, people discuss about hosting in there, the domains forum and the server administration, if not in The Underground forum. Other than this, only Shawn can create forums at his sole discretion when he believes is suitable, but for now he is not around here.

Shawm is the owner and main admin of this site, Master of the Punyverse in fact and if you are simply replying nonsense to run up your post count, as I feel you are trying, you can also earn an infraction from moderators. By the way, is not about reviewing billion posts, it about what make sense creating or not new forums.
Let me emphasize buy, sell, trade, web hosting is not an area for chit chat regarding hosting. As the title buy, sell, and trade implies, all posts in this parent forum or child forum should involve buying, selling, or trading.
