kindly inform us as to how "i estimate first page after 2/3 months of intense SEO for it."

web hosting and web hosting reviews are some of the most competitive on the internet and google is finicky at best. How exactly do you estimate this ranking?

    hi medicalhumor,

it is not such a big competition and you can achive first page in less than 3 months, depends on your seo campaign and the quality of links will point on your website.

competition in google for keyword : Results 1 - 100 of about 1,090,000 for "web hosting reviews". (0.29 seconds)

you already have the keywords in domain: "web hosting reviews".

jik34 asked me to refund the payment for the script purchase and he agreed on the PayPal dispute to not using my template and add-ons on this script anymore.

The script is not licensed for this domain anymore!!!

DigitalPoint admins, please close this thread (and penalize this user if you consider).

No dude, you are selling a website using the Pligg software and a lot of addons (including template) developed by myself. And you have agreed on the PayPal dispute to remove all my addons from your website and from any other storage you use.

I won't spend more time with you, but I'm quite sure that no one will bid on this auction anymore.

    Good luck!

The website that i am selling is open source project (PLIGG), whitch is free to use, with no licence.

You are not allowed to put any licence on it.

And again, i am selling the domain with the content on it. I am not selling "your product"

Stop claiming that you own pligg software, this is software piracy what are you doing.

Website is still avaible for sale.

The first-sale doctrine is a limitation on copyright that was recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1908 and subsequently codified in the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 109. The doctrine allows the purchaser to transfer (i.e., sell or give away) a particular lawfully made copy of the copyrighted work without permission once it has been obtained. This means that the copyright holder's rights to control the change of ownership of a particular copy end once that copy is sold, as long as no additional copies are made. This doctrine is also referred to as the "first sale rule" or "exhaustion rule."
