Web Hosting Review Script/ Rate or Vote Function ??

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a script similar to either of these sites:

http://www.hostreview.com/
http://www.web-hosting-top.com/

All of these have actual "buttons" you can place on your site for visitors to click on to review your hosting company and etc, so that function is very important.

Main key is, a person should be able to, submit a host, review a host, and have a vote for me or review me button (code) they can use on their site.
