Selling Web Hosting Review & Forums

This has been a project of mine that I have had for about 3 years. I have 2 years of traffic stats. I never got a chance to really promote this site because I was focused on larger projects. However traffic is steady and the forums are not dead. I get visitors every day to the forums a usually a few posts.

This site needs someone who can jump start it and promote it. The domain itself is very good it has the main keywords and perfect for a review monitoring site.

Currently the forum runs on SMF and the main site is running on Wordpress. My plans was to change the main site with a review script of some sort. Or modify Wordpress as I needed.

At this point I want to sell it to someone who will really do something with this ongoing project.

I've never tried putting ads on the site ever so I have no idea how much it could make. The best thing would be to simply put banner ads I suppose on the site from an affiliate program.

Originally the forum was on the main site I changed this about 5 months ago. For screenshots main label means Main part of the site. forum label means the Forum subdomain.
