    I am selling my web hosting directory which has been online for more than 3 years. The domain name is a valuable name and the website has good ranking, page rank, etc.

    I am selling it as I don't have time to manage it and promote it as I am busy with other projects and I doubt I will have time since it was developed.

    I did not monetize or attempted to make any revenue or mentioned it. I am selling it based on domain value, ranking, age, etc. If these have no value for you, then you are in the wrong place.

    I am using Directory Press which is a paid script and it cost $79. It is an unlimited license which can be used on unlimited websites/domains.
