    If im hosting my sites that include warez links \ porn stuff in server in NL is that ok? they cant do anything about my sites?

    Ask The Pirate Bay. Governments do go after sites located in other countries. And you - if you're living in a country where the site is doing something illegal - can be prosecuted. To misquote Napoleon, "the site" is you.
