Get backlinks from other webhosts, domaining sites/forums, webhost-related blogs, etc. You can also buy well established expired domains that were webhost-related. Then you host them as part of your PBN. I highly recommend Easy Blog Networks for your PBN host, if you can get on it.

I would laser focus on LinkedIn for a while and write content on there as well as your blog, become active in Groups. It will pay off.
